Catena Living is currently operating in over 10 locations in Bangalore. We are constantly expanding and will be launching multiple units in Mumbai, Delhi NCR in the coming few months.

Catena Living apartments come with all the basics that you require to lead a comfortable life. Some add ons such as a fridge, TV, microwave, kitchen supplies come at an additional cost and can be arranged for you before your arrival so you can move into your dream home without any hassles.

Our Domestic help network connects you to multiple resources in your locality. You are free to negotiate with them and choose your cleaning frequency and time.

All our staff has been working remotely and has been practicing social distancing. We are getting our apartments, furniture & appliances satinised professionally before each arrival. You can also choose to virtually see an apartment with the help of a video if you do not want to visit at the moment.

We accept bank transfers and cheques.

Catena living does not have rooms on double occupancy at the moment. We have apartments with multiple rooms that are given out to individuals.

Catena living does not allow Roommates. Our guest policy allows your relative or friend to stay over for a maximum period of 14 calendar days in a year with prior notice to our authorities. You do have the flexibility to choose your housemate. Just inform us beforehand so we do not book the apartment room to another individual.
